The 30th November 2009 we recieved the order to carry through a complete relocation of Svendborg Brakes department in Nyborg to Vejstrup. This was including disconnection and connection of all equipment in connection with the relocation.

The 1st December 2009 we began the relocation. The connection (electrics, air, exhaustion etc.) was disconnected between the building installation and machines in the factory in Nyborg and dismantling of the cranes could begin. Subsequently machines and equipment was prepared and packed for transportation to Vejstrup.

In Vejstrup the building installation was prepared, which implies electrics, air, exhaustion etc., so all equipment once again could be put up and made ready for commissioning.

In Vejstrup the following was established:

- 12 overhead cranes

- 7 crane runway constructions

There were also established exhaustion in Vejstrup with complete piping in galvanized steel, including ventilation, silencers and jet cover. At the same time we stood for pipe suspension, enclosure of pipes, along with electric- and air connection of valve/ventilator.

The department storage was also moves from Nyborg to Vejstrup, where we were to disassemble shelves, pallet fork lift protection and pallet stop in the Nyborg department and assembling of pallet racking and small shelves etc. in Vejstrup.

We completed the relocation the 18th December 2009 and had in just 3 weeks relocated the whole department.
